Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, this is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, the order must meet the following conditions:

The item must include all original parts, accessories, and packaging as received.

Normal use is acceptable, but any damage caused by negligent handling will not be accepted.

Items where hygiene is essential must be properly cleaned before being returned.

In case of a defect, it must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are processed within 7 business days.
If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this timeframe.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if we determine that the item has been used, worn, damaged, or modified for reasons not attributable to Atelier Bellevoix.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

We will then provide you with the exact return address.
⚠️ Never send a parcel back to the sender address shown on the package.
The return address provided by our customer service must always be used.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Right of Withdrawal (In accordance with European Law)
Consumers have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days for any purchase made online.
A. Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal period
You have 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Fast & automated order processing
Our orders are processed automatically immediately after confirmation.
Therefore, cancellations are not possible once the order has entered preparation or has been shipped.
If you still wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will need to wait until the parcel is delivered and then return it to us.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by email:
The right of withdrawal is considered exercised once we have received the returned goods.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Transit times
As our items are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer.
If the products are already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible, even if the withdrawal period has not yet expired.
However, you may exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving the package and then return the product.
To speed up the process, please provide proof of shipment when returning the item.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal:

We will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs.

If you selected premium, express, or any more expensive shipping option, the difference remains at your expense.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the moment we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
